General Questions 

What do you do with all of your scrap material?

We try to use every last bit of our fabrics. If a piece is not big enough to make a scrunchie, headband, or bow it goes into one of two scrap piles. The first scrap pile is for fabric scraps that are big enough to be sewed into a charity quilt. The second scrap pile is for scraps that are too small to be sewed. These very small scrapes are kept to stuff pillow(s).

How do I care for my Scrunchies and Headbands?

We recommend gently hand washing your scrunchies or headbands in lukewarm water, with like colors, with a gently soap. Then lay or hang out the scrunchies and/or headbands to air dry. 

 Where are you located?

We are located on the Big Island of Hawaii. 

 

My Order

How long until my order is shipped?

We try to get orders about as quickly as possible (about 2 business day), but during busier times of the year please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order. 

Can I combine my order?

Yes. We would be happy to combine orders and shipping as long as a part of your order has not been shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note this may delay your initial order. 

Where is my order?

Due to delays within the postal service it is hard to determine the exact shipping times. It could take a few days up to a few weeks for your order to arrive. 

 How do I track my order?

All orders fulfilled through USPS have tracking.

Something is wrong with my order, what can I do?

If you have any issues in regards to your order please contact us and we'll try our best to resolve it. 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not shipped, you may request an order cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.

 

Shipping

Can I pick up locally instead?

We do not allow local pickups.

Returns

Do you offer returns?

No, we don't offer returns but if you have any issues or concerns with your order please contact us.

My item is faulty?

If you believe you may have received a faulty item or the item has broken please contact us for a resolution.
